How a match works

The harness puts one model in seat 0 and engines in the others. The model has to produce a legal action on every turn — including sub-rule actions (swap, keep/score, tickets, reserve, cube). Text in, a parsed action out. Illegal model moves are not retried: the top engine move fills the turn.
